industrial facilities, the IPC Planet 1/50 ATEX Industrial Vacuum Cleaner
combines outstanding suction performance with ATEX Zone 22 certified safety
features.
Powered by a high-performance 1500W induction turbine,
the machine provides continuous operation for more than 10,000 hours,
making it suitable for intensive daily industrial cleaning. The turbine is
designed for 24-hour operation and delivers dependable suction performance
throughout its working life.
The robust AISI 304 stainless steel framework and
detachable 50-litre stainless steel collection tank provide excellent
durability in demanding environments. Every conductive component, including the
wheels, trolley, filters and accessories, is electrically bonded to ensure safe
electrostatic discharge through the ATEX-approved power cord.
The advanced multi-stage filtration system begins
with a safe collection bag before passing through a conductive pre-filter and
an oversized conductive star filter. A manual filter shaker allows quick
cleaning of the primary filter without dismantling the machine, helping
maintain optimum airflow throughout operation.
A HEPA H14 cartridge filter provides the final stage
of filtration, protecting both the turbine and the surrounding environment by
delivering exceptionally clean exhaust air.
